SCOTT KIMBALL, III Scott Kimball, III has practiced law in the Victoria area since 1991, after moving to Victoria from Houston. He received his undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University in 1978, and his law degree from South Texas College of Law in 1982. Mr. Kimball has been Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law since 1994, and is a member of the Texas Bar Foundation. he is also a member of the National College of Advocacy and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas, and is a past President of the Victoria County Bar Association. Mr. Kimball concentrates his practice in the area of general business litigation. He is a committee member of the Victoria Chapter of Ducks Unlimited and is a member of the Mid-Coast and Port O'Connor Chapters of Coastal Conservation Association and the Victoria Northside Rotary Club. |
